Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Windsor    
KS1-KS2
Salary: M1 - UPS2 Hours: 40 hours per week – Term Time Only  

Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity to work with an exceptional school based in Windsor. The school cater for pupils aged 5-16 the school meets the needs of a diverse group of pupils with complex educational needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviours.. The focus is on increasing academic and vocational qualifications and knowledge.

The school are looking for an experienced and passionate Teacher to join their team. As the Teacher, you will deliver high quality teaching and learning to young people.

Key duties:

  • Contribute to the delivery and development of the curriculum, having regard to the educational, physical and social needs of the students within a learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of staff as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Maintain and use short-, medium- and long-term plans in delivering the curriculum.
  • Set, monitor and review personalised targets that will optimise learning for each individual.
  • Contribute to the review of Statements and EHC plans, PEP and LAC reviews.
  • Provide clear structures for lessons maintaining pace, motivation and challenge.

Successful candidate qualities:

  • Essential: PGCE, QTS, QTLS teaching qualification and evidence of in-service training.

This school is based in Windsor, local motorway routes nearby and public transport is accessible. Parking will be available on site.
