About the Role:

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Primary School Teacher with a strong understanding of the national curriculum? Do you have the flexibility and skillset to teach across multiple key stages? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. This role offers flexibility to work across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, adapting your teaching methods to meet the needs of different age groups. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach across Reception, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, ensuring that lessons are engaging, challenging, and inclusive.
  • Deliver the national curriculum with a strong focus on high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver creative lessons that meet the needs of all learners, differentiating as required.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive classroom atmosphere to encourage student development.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
  • Promote a love of learning and create opportunities for students to develop both academically and socially.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for all Key Stages.
  • Proven experience as a Primary School Teacher, demonstrating flexibility in teaching across different key stages.
  • Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to the needs of diverse learners.
  • A creative and adaptable approach to teaching, with a passion for delivering engaging lessons.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Desirable:

  • Additional qualifications or training in areas such as SEN, EAL, or specific curriculum areas.
  • Experience with technology integration in the classroom.
  • Experience working in a school that promotes flexible teaching approaches.
