Are you a passionate, creative, and dedicated educator looking to make a real difference in the lives of young learners? We are seeking a dynamic Primary School Teacher to join our friendly and supportive Schools in the Swansea Area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons for primary-aged students (ages [X] to.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported.
• Develop engaging and age-appropriate activities that stimulate curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs and abilities of all students.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and parents to ensure the best possible learning outcomes for every child.
• Keep accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
• Encourage a love for learning while helping students develop important life skills.

Key Requirements:

• A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
• Experience working in a primary school setting (NQTs are welcome to apply).
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to the academic, social, and emotional development of children.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• An innovative approach to teaching and learning.
