Role Overview:
As an ECT, you will have the opportunity to teach a dynamic and diverse group of students while being mentored by a dedicated senior team. You will receive the support and guidance you need to hone your teaching skills and build your confidence in the classroom. You will be encouraged to innovate and deliver lessons that inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all students
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to support their development
- Participate in professional development opportunities and reflect on teaching practice

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
