Job description
We are seeking an inspiring and passionate Year 3 Class Teacher to join our team at a dynamic and inclusive primary school in Macclesfield. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment where innovation, creativity, and student well-being are at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the curriculum
- Monitor and support the academic progress of all students
- Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, responsibility, and a love of learning
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of teaching and learning
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers about student progress
- Support the holistic development of all students, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and motivated
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and experience teaching in Key Stage 2
- A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all students
- Strong classroom management skills
- A passion for fostering creativity and curiosity in young learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
