Job Title: KS1 Teacher
Job Type: Full time
Location: Gillingham
Roles & responsibilities:
- Plan and delivery quality lesson following the curriculum
- Ensure all pupils are giving opportunities to thrive
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes positive behaviour and a love for learning.
- Build strong partnerships with parents/ carers to ensure a transparent learning environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Candidate must hold QTS or equivalent
- Good communication skills between students and staff
- Demonstrate good time management and use the effectively
- Have previous experience in education, preferably KS1 but not essential
- Safeguarding training (can be done through Teaching Personnel)
- Be reliable and flexible
- Provide 2 references
- Be dedicated to growing your professional development and be willing to contribute to the wider school community.
In order to be considered for this role candidates must have a registered DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one through Teaching Personnel.
