Year 1 Teacher in Fareham

Location : Fareham

Contract type : Permanent full time

Hours : Full time term time from, 8:15 – 15:45 

Salary : £120-£200 depending on previous experience

Start date  : September 2025

Teaching Personnel are working with a friendly, caring school in Fareham who are looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join their dynamic team. The children are encouraged to explore, discover, and ask questions through exciting learning opportunities inside and outside the classroom.

The ideal candidate will:

• Passionate about teaching and development of young learners.
• Creative with the ability to plan and deliver lessons.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a clear focus on standards
• A strong understanding of Year 1 curriculum.
• Assess and monitor students' progress,  planning and to ensure that each child reaches their full potential.

Qualifications:  

• Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS )
• Experience of teaching in a primary school, Year 1 preferred.
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
