Exciting Opportunity for a Full-Time KS1 Teacher in Crawley!

Are you a dedicated and passionate teacher ready to take on a fulfilling role with full classroom responsibility? We are seeking an enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our welcoming and vibrant school community in Crawley. The school is two-form entry with 'Good' Ofsted rating looking for an enthusiastic part of the team. The position is full responsibility and therefore paid to scale.

Your Role:

  • Take full responsibility for a Key Stage 1 classroom, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and tailoring learning to individual needs.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to contribute to the school’s community.

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience or a strong understanding of teaching in KS1.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A commitment to nurturing the potential of every child and inspiring a love of learning.
