 Primary Supply Teacher

Location - Cardiff

Pay – £166.32 per day

Start Date – May 2025

Hours – Part Time, Full Time or Flexible

Teaching Personnel are seeking to recruit Supply Teachers to work across Primary Schools in the Cardiff area. We offer a range of opportunities, and you will have full access to your diary and choose the days you are available to work. We can help with finding the perfect part time or full time position, and you will be given the opportunity to work in a range of Primary Schools, working with different age groups to find a position that works for you.

The successful teacher will:

  • Have previous teaching experience teaching Foundation Phase / KS2 classes
  • Be confident managing challenging behaviour effectively
  • Work efficiently with the Teaching Assistant assigned to the class
  • Contribute to the positive and safe learning environment
  • Maintain a engaging and fun style of teaching

Requirement Criteria:

  • Enhanced DBS (child only) checks must be complete before the role will commence.
  • EWC registration – mandatory requirement in Wales.
  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
