Year 4 Teacher- Burnley

-          Full-time role

-          Role to commence April 2025

-          Experienced within a Primary School setting essential

-          Must be a Fully, or Newly Qualified Teacher

A ‘Good’ Primary School in Burnley are looking to appoint a Year 4 Teacher on a long term, full-time basis. The role is due to commence in April 2025. As a full- time teacher, you be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing class work to ensure the class progress both academically, and socially. You would also be expected to attend staff meetings, INSET days and Parents Evenings.

To be considered for the role, you must have recent experience within a Primary School and possess a good understanding of the national curriculum. The Head Teacher has stipulated that they are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for supporting children in their education and achieving their maximum potential.

After such a long period away from the classroom, it can only be expected that some students will find it harder than others to return to school. The practitioner should therefore be of a nurturing nature and prepared to assist children into their return to school life as much as possible.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
