A welcoming primary school in Boston, Lincolnshire, is seeking a Lower KS2 Teacher for a long-term position covering the autumn and spring terms. This full-time role, Monday to Friday, offers an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and nurturing school community.
The Role:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Lower Key Stage 2 curriculum.

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the progress and well-being of all pupils.

Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to promote development.

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance student outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching Key Stage 2.

Passionate about inspiring and motivating young learners.

Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
