Primary Teacher (General)

 

Are you qualified teacher looking for work in primary schools in Birmingham?

Can you be available for interviews immediately?

Teaching Personnel's Birmingham Primary branch are currently recruiting experienced Primary School teachers for contracted part time and full-time opportunities due to start immediately. The schools we work with are across Birmingham with some also in Coventry and Black Country areas. Each role is a minimum of one term with scope for permanent positions to be established after this.

Your roles and responsibilities as a Primary Teacher would include:

- Planning & delivering lessons as well as marking and assessing pupils

- Monitoring, recording, and reporting attainment, development, and progress

– Managing behaviour in the classroom

- Attending school meetings and events

- Communicating effectively to parents, SENDCo's and other educational professionals

- Support children’s individual learning needs

 

For these positions you MUST have:

- QTS

- Suitable references showing prior experience teaching and good behaviour management

- Flexibility to work in KS1 or KS2

-Experience in primary education

- Enhanced Child’s DBS certificate on the Update Service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
