KS1 Teacher wanted in Acton!

Location: Acton

Role: KS1 Teacher

A full-time role, with the potential to stay on permanently

An immediate start

Pay: £150 a day (paid on a weekly basis)

 

1)      Summary of the School

The school is a two-form entry school based in Acton; they are known for having a great school community with good pupil and staff relationships. With great teaching and additional support for children as their focus, the school is looking for new members of staff that can make a positive impact to students. This role will allow you to expand your experience as an educator.

 

2)      Breakdown of job role

The Role

  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
  • Assess, track, and report on pupil progress to ensure high achievement and personal development.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where all children feel valued.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and carers.
  • Uphold the school’s values and contribute to its community-focused ethos.

 

3) Essential requirements/training/qualifications

The Qualifications:

  • A 1st or 2:1 degree
  • Matching A Levels and GCSE grades

 

4) Locality of the school

The school is located within Acton, a 2-minute walk away from an Acton bus stop - so very easily accessible by public transport. The school does not have an onsite car park, so we do advise using public transport.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
