Primary School Teaching Assistant – Doncaster

Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a positive impact in the classroom? We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our primary school team in Doncaster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and supporting children’s learning

• Working with small groups or individual students to provide targeted support

• Helping to manage classroom behavior and ensuring a safe, positive environment

• Preparing learning resources and materials

• Supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) when required

• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in a school setting or care setting (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and support students

• A positive attitude and a passion for working with children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
