About the Role: As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality lessons to children in Years 3 to 6. You will support students' academic, social, and emotional development, providing tailored learning experiences that challenge and inspire them. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team of teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess lessons that engage and challenge students in line with the national curriculum.

• Differentiate teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of all students, including those with additional needs.

• Foster a love of learning and promote curiosity, critical thinking, and independence in students.

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and setting achievable goals.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel valued, confident, and motivated to learn.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.

• A creative and dynamic approach to teaching, with the ability to make learning exciting and relevant.

• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.

• A passion for making a difference in children’s lives and helping them reach their full potential.
