Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Kilburn, London. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and inclusive school community, committed to providing an outstanding education for all pupils.

Position: Year 4 Teacher
Location: Kilburn, London
Contract Type: Full-time, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm daily
Start Date: 22nd April 2025
Salary: Teacher Main Pay Scale (MPS)

About the Role:
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to a class of motivated learners. You will play a key role in fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment, ensuring every child reaches their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and a love for learning.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil achievement and well-being.

  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE certification is essential.

  • Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2) is desirable.

  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
