The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences, inspiring young minds, and fostering a love for learning. You will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of our students, ensuring they develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.

  • Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning.

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their development.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the needs of all pupils.

  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic achievement.

  • Participate in school events, extra-curricular activities, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting (desirable but not essential for NQTs).

  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to ensuring every child reaches their potential.

  • Ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
