The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Qualified Teacher (QTS) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning, fostering a positive classroom environment, and supporting the academic and personal development of all pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.

• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that caters to the needs of all learners.

• Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to inspire and challenge pupils.

• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and tailored support where needed.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support pupil development.

• Uphold the school’s values and promote positive behaviour management strategies.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.

• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.

• A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.

• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to differentiate lessons and support pupils with varying needs.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development.
