PPA Cover Teachers Needed in Primary Schools Across Birmingham 

Are you a qualified primary teacher looking for PPA cover opportunities? Want to help primary schools run smoothly while gaining flexibility in your career?

We are seeking passionate and reliable teachers for PPA cover roles in primary schools across Birmingham. These positions offer short-term or daily cover, allowing you to work flexibly while supporting schools with their PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time.

Your role as a PPA teacher will include:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons to primary school students in various subjects
  • Ensuring effective classroom management and fostering a positive learning environment
  • Supporting the smooth running of the school by covering PPA time for class teachers

What you need:

  • QTS/NQT (or equivalent)
  • Experience teaching KS1/KS2 and a strong understanding of the curriculum
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and year groups
  • A passion for education and the ability to manage classroom behavior effectively

Pay & Benefits:

  • Competitive daily pay rates from £110 to £180, depending on experience
  • Flexible opportunities for full-time or part-time hours, based on your availability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
