Primary Intervention Teacher
Location:
Toxteth, Liverpool
Job Type:
Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours
Salary:
£120 - £170 Per day
Job Duties:
- Deliver targeted intervention sessions to primary school students
- Assess students' learning needs and develop appropriate teaching strategies
- Monitor and track student progress to ensure effective intervention
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and parents to support student learning
- Maintain accurate records of intervention sessions and student outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in delivering targeted intervention to primary school students
- Strong understanding of primary curriculum and assessment practises
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a primary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic educational environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Experience in using data to inform teaching practise
Working Conditions:
The Primary Intervention Teacher will work in a primary school setting in North West England, Merseyside, Liverpool. The role involves working full-time hours on a contract basis, delivering intervention sessions to support student learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
