Primary Intervention Teacher

Salary:

£120 - £170 Per day

Job Duties:

• Deliver targeted intervention sessions to primary school students
• Assess students' learning needs and develop appropriate teaching strategies
• Monitor and track student progress to ensure effective intervention
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and parents to support student learning
• Maintain accurate records of intervention sessions and student outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience in delivering targeted intervention to primary school students
• Strong understanding of primary curriculum and assessment practises

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a primary school setting

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic educational environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Experience in using data to inform teaching practise

Working Conditions:

The Primary Intervention Teacher will work in a primary school setting in North West England, Merseyside, Liverpool. The role involves working full-time hours on a contract basis, delivering intervention sessions to support student learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
