Join Our Team as a Primary-Age Tutor

Position: Primary-Age Tutor

Location: Flexible (in-person or remote options available)

About the Role As a Primary-Age Tutor, you’ll work with students from diverse backgrounds, helping them master core skills in literacy, numeracy, and beyond. From crafting creative lesson plans to supporting homework and test preparation, your role will be instrumental in building confidence and fostering a lifelong love for learning in every student.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, tailored lessons to meet each student’s unique learning needs and goals.
  • Assess students’ strengths and areas for improvement to ensure steady progress.
  • Use creative and interactive strategies to make learning enjoyable and effective.
  • Maintain regular communication with guardians and schools, providing feedback and celebrating student milestones.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in primary education or tutoring, with expertise in foundational subjects.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to make complex topics accessible to young learners.
  • Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for creating a supportive learning environment.
  • A degree in Education or a related field (preferred but not required).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
