Job Type: Full-Time, Flexible working days (Monday – Friday)
Salary: £110 - £120 per day

Your Role

As a Primary Early Career Teacher, you will:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that captivate and inspire students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports every child’s growth.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and tailor your teaching to meet individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive educational experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for passionate and committed individuals ready to make a difference in primary education.

Essential Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Relevant degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum.

Desirable Experience and Skills:

• Prior experience in a primary school setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to support diverse learners.
• Strong understanding of primary education principles and practices.
