Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT)

Location: Grimsby, Lincolnshire
Job Type: Full-Time, Flexible working days (Monday – Friday)
Salary: £110 - £120 per day

Your Role
As a Primary Early Career Teacher, you will:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that captivate and inspire students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports every child’s growth.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and tailor your teaching to meet individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive educational experience.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Relevant degree in Education or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum.
Desirable Experience and Skills:
- Prior experience in a primary school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to support diverse learners.
- Strong understanding of primary education principles and practices.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
