Hours: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PPA Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Hartlepool. This role involves covering classes across various year groups, allowing teachers time for planning, preparation, and assessment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning and ensuring high-quality education for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different year groups.
- Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student development.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in primary education.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different year groups and subjects.
- Passion for education and commitment to student success.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
