Teaching Personnel's Birmingham primary branch are currently recruiting experienced primary School teachers for contracted part time and full time opportunities as PPA cover teachers.
The primary schools we work closely with are all across Birmingham with some also in Coventry and black country areas. Each role is a minimum of one half term with scope for permanent positions to be established after this.
These positions are unfortunately not open to ECT's but we are hiring ECT's for other positions so please dont let this put you off applying as we may have a different vacancy for you
Your roles and responsibilities as a PPA teacher would include:
- delivering lessons enthusiastically and following the lesson plans effectively
- enforcing good behaviour management
– Managing behaviour in the classroom
- Communicating effectively to parents, SENDCo's and other educational professionals throughout the day/week
For these positions you MUST have:
Must have QTS in primary education
Be flexible to year group/ key stage
Have 1 year + of applicable references
Flexible availability
Can drive or easily commute to available work
Strong behaviour management experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
