At Teaching Personnel, we are looking to recruit a Physics Teacher for one of our secondary schools in Huddersfield.
Are you ready to launch young minds into a world of discovery? We are looking for a dynamic Physics Teacher to electrify classrooms in Leeds. ECTs and Fully Qualified teachers with some experience teaching in the UK and a DBS on the update service, are welcome to apply.

Role Overview: As a Physics Teacher, you will play a crucial role in developing students' understanding of the fundamental principles of physics, preparing them for further education and careers in science and technology. You will engage students from Key Stage 3 to A-Level with exciting and innovative lessons that make complex concepts accessible and stimulating.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver compelling and curriculum-aligned physics lessons.
- Demonstrate experiments and facilitate hands-on learning to enhance student understanding and engagement.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment for experiments.
- Collaborate with fellow science department members to integrate cross-disciplinary teaching methods and share best practices.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
