Position: PE Teacher

Location: South Manchester, Secondary School

Contract Type: Temporary

Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours: Full-Time

No Planning or Marking Responsibilities

About the Role:

Teaching Personnel are excited to support a secondary school in South Manchester in their search for a passionate and dedicated PE Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher to deliver engaging PE lessons on a temporary basis, with no planning or marking responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver PE lessons to secondary school students across Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • Support the development of students' physical fitness and team-building skills.
  • Promote healthy living and physical activity within the school community.
  • Ensure all lessons are taught in a safe, engaging, and inclusive manner.
  • Provide support in school extracurricular sports activities when needed.

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for Physical Education.
  • Experience teaching PE at secondary school level (KS3/KS4).
  • Ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
