Title: Part-Time Teaching Assistant - Early Morning Availability
Are you a dedicated and flexible individual with a passion for supporting students in their educational journey? We are seeking a part-time Teaching Assistant with availability at 7am to provide cover for sickness and support our school community.
Responsibilities:
- - Assist in the supervision and support of students during morning activities.
- - Provide one-to-one and small group support to students as needed, under the guidance of classroom teachers.
- - Be available to cover for sickness or absence of other teaching assistants, ensuring continuity of support for students.
- Support pupils with SEN
- Be flexible, you may need to move classes throughout the day depending on the school structure.
Qualifications and Skills:
- - Previous experience working in an educational setting or with children is highly desirable.
- - A patient and nurturing approach to working with children, with the ability to adapt to the varying needs of students.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and staff members.
- - Flexibility and reliability to be available at 7am to answer the phone to accept bookings and cover unexpected absences.
- Flexible.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
