Part-time Teacher

A school we work closely with, is seeking a teacher who is passionate and enthusiastic about making a positive impact on children’s educational journey.
Part-time teaching is for you!
Part-time Hours: (Days may vary until role is secured)
Pay: £120 - £140 per day
Location: Todmorden
You will need to be able to build strong relationships to work collaboratively with the other part-time teacher and teaching assistants in your class.
Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with the children so that strong behaviour management can be promoted.
- Plan, prepare, deliver and assess children’s learning by identifying gaps, using the National Curriculum.
- Create an inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development.
- Have a good understanding of the National Curriculum to help children achieve their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with the other Class Teacher and Teaching Assistants.
- Make a positive impact to the whole school ethos.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children, within a school setting.
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Experience supporting children with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Excellent Safeguarding knowledge.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
