Part-Time SEN Teacher – Gainsborough
Location: Gainsborough and surrounding areas
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (3 days per week)
Salary: MPS-UPS (dependent on experience)

Are you an experienced SEN Teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for a rewarding part-time role in Gainsborough? About the Role:

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with SEN.
  • Work closely with support staff to provide an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
  • Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere to help students reach their full potential.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN education.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to working with children with diverse needs.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with parents, carers, and professionals to support student development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
