Part-Time SEN Teacher – Gainsborough
Location: Gainsborough and surrounding areas
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (3 days per week)
Salary: MPS-UPS (dependent on experience)

Are you an experienced SEN Teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for a rewarding part-time role in Gainsborough? About the Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with SEN.
- Work closely with support staff to provide an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere to help students reach their full potential.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN education.
- A compassionate and patient approach to working with children with diverse needs.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with parents, carers, and professionals to support student development.
