Primary Teacher – Bispham – Part-Time to Full-Time Role Starting September 2025
Location: Bispham
Start Date: September 2025
Working Pattern: 3 days per week (with a view to full-time later in the term)
Contract: Temp-to-perm opportunity
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Teaching Personnel is working in close partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bispham, currently seeking a passionate and adaptable Primary Teacher to join their team in September 2025.
This role will begin as a part-time (3 days per week) position, with a planned transition to full-time as the term progresses.
The Role:

Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the primary curriculum

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
-
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners

Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider school community

Contribute to a supportive and forward-thinking teaching team
✅ The Ideal Candidate:
-
Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
-
Has recent experience teaching in a primary school setting
-
Is flexible, enthusiastic, and committed to pupil progress

Confident in managing classroom behaviour and adapting to different year groups if required

Willing to grow into a full-time role and integrate into the school community
