Part-Time Further Maths Teacher, 1 Month Contract

Location: Cardiff
Contract: 3 Days Per Week (January 2025, Fixed-Term Contract)
Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience
Start Date: January 2025

Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a small, prestigious independent school in the eastern suburbs of Cardiff is seeking an experienced Maths Teacher for a one-month, part-time contract. This role is ideal for a semi-retired teacher or a professional looking for a short-term opportunity to teach in a high-quality educational environment.

Role Overview:

  • Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons, with a strong focus on Key Stage 5 (A-Level) classes.
  • Teach Further Maths as part of a significant portion of the timetable.
  • Provide high-quality learning experiences tailored to the needs of individual students.
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated and professional team in a supportive school environment.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience teaching Maths, with a specialism in Further Maths.
  • Proven ability to teach Key Stage 5 students to a high standard.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
  • A commitment to maintaining the school’s excellent reputation for academic success.
