Job Description:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers to support students in their academic journey. Your role will involve assisting with lesson planning, delivering small group activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to develop engaging lesson plans and learning materials.
- Assist in the delivery of lessons, ensuring that students understand the content and are actively engaged.
- Provide individualized support to students who may require additional assistance or have special educational needs.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Knowledge of child development and learning theories.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
