 Job Title: One to One Tutor/Teacher

Location: South East England, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes

Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated One to One Tutor/Teacher to join our team in South East England, specifically in Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes. This is a permanent position with Full-Time hours, focusing on providing high-quality educational support to students.

Job Duties:

  • Deliver personalised one-to-one tutoring sessions to students
  • Create tailored learning plans based on individual student needs
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Provide feedback to students and parents on academic performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching or tutoring experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of educational principles and practises
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
  • Proficient in assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
