KS3 Teacher (Nurture Programme, SEN)
Location: Effingham, Surrey
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £33,075 - £47,031 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus for Qualified Teachers*

About the Role:
We are seeking a KS3 Teacher to lead the Nurture Programme at a specialist SEN school in Effingham, Surrey. The successful candidate will:
✔ Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students aged 11-16 with ASD and anxiety-related needs.
✔ Create a structured and engaging curriculum tailored to individual learning needs.
✔ Monitor and assess student progress, setting personalised targets to optimise learning.
✔ Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring a collaborative approach to student development.
✔ Develop lesson plans, analyse outcomes, and adapt teaching methods to support engagement.
✔ Contribute to EHC plan reviews, PEPs, and LAC meetings, ensuring student needs are met holistically.

About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
✔ A Qualified Teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in SEN settings.
✔ Experienced in working with students with autism, SEMH, and complex needs.
✔ Skilled in delivering a differentiated curriculum to meet diverse learning styles.
✔ Knowledgeable in curriculum development and implementation for SEN students.
✔ Able to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
