The Opportunity:

Teaching Personnel is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for Level 2/3 EYFS Teaching Assistants in the Plymstock and Plympton area. This part-time, flexible role is ideal for someone passionate about early years education and looking to make a real difference while balancing other commitments.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with teachers and staff to deliver the EYFS curriculum.
• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual pupil needs.
• Support classroom management and the wellbeing of all children.

You Should Have:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in EYFS or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience working with EYFS students in UK settings.
• A sound knowledge of child protection and safeguarding policies.
• An Enhanced DBS check (or be willing to apply).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
