Nursery Practitioner Vacancy at Garstang Primary School

Teaching Personnel is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join the Early Years team at a reputable primary school in Garstang. This role is pivotal in nurturing and guiding young learners during their formative years.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster learning and development.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care.

Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to inform future planning.

Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to create a cohesive learning environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:

A relevant qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education).

Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
-
Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine passion for early childhood development and education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
