Experienced Senior Nursery Leader – Horsham – Immediate Start! 

Are you a skilled early years professional with proven leadership experience? We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Nursery Leader to join our dedicated team in Horsham. If you’re ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!


What We’re Looking For:

We need someone who can hit the ground running!
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Room Leader or Third-in-Charge
Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Full & Relevant – essential)
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
A genuine passion for shaping children’s early development

Your Role:

As a Senior Nursery Leader, you will:

  • Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and safeguarding

  • Lead and mentor Room Leaders and their teams

  • Deliver the EYFS curriculum with confidence and creativity

  • Foster strong partnerships with families and external professionals

  • Create a positive, inspiring environment for both children and staff


Location: Horsham
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
