What We’re Looking For:
We need someone who can hit the ground running!
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Room Leader or Third-in-Charge
Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Full & Relevant – essential)
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
A genuine passion for shaping children’s early development

Your Role:
As a Senior Nursery Leader, you will:

Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and safeguarding
-
Lead and mentor Room Leaders and their teams
-
Deliver the EYFS curriculum with confidence and creativity
-
Foster strong partnerships with families and external professionals
-
Create a positive, inspiring environment for both children and staff
Location: Horsham
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
