Role: Nursery Nurse
Location: Burnley
Full-time/Part-time: Full-time and part-time: Flexible hours
Salary: £12.90 - £13.50
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to children in the early years.
- Develop and implement stimulating and age-appropriate activities.
- Support children's social, emotional, and educational development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun learning environment.
- Work closely with parents and staff to ensure the well-being of every child.
- Observe and assess children’s progress and report on developmental milestones.
Essential Requirements:
- A recognised Early Years Qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and parents.
- Knowledge of child development and safeguarding procedures.
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is desirable, but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
