Teaching Personnel are searching for a LV3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner for a fantastic Nursery setting based in Nelson (BB9). They are a fantastic setting who are dedicated to giving every child the best start in life by supporting them to play, learn and grow in a positive and stimulating environment.
Pay rate: £12.90 - £13.50 per hour (before AWR)
Key Responsibilities;
- Contribute to a high standard of quality within the nursery, including practice, environment and resources to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Ensure appropriate planning and assessment is accurately maintained for key children.
- Prepare and supervise activities.
- Ensure that all children are kept safe.
- Notify Designated Officer of any safeguarding concerns.
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, colleagues and visitors.
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, parents and carers
- Ensure confidentiality, where appropriate, is maintained.
- Deploy staff effectively to ensure the required standards are maintained.
- Ensure the effective implementation of the company’s keyperson system and allocate key children appropriately.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
