Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily care and supervision of young children in a nursery setting
• Support the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all children
• Build positive, accepting and trusting relationships with children, staff, their families and the wider community
• Ignite curiosity, enabling children to develop as thinkers, questioning their own views and those of others
• Enable children to make decisions and influence their own learning and future lives

About You:

• Passionate about working with children and supporting their early development
• Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting (desirable but not essential)
• Positive, nurturing, and patient attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to undergo relevant training if needed
