Level 2 Teaching Assistants Needed – Newcastle (Full-Time, Summer Term)
Location: Newcastle
Start Date: Summer Term (April 2025)
Positions Available: 3 Full-Time Roles
Pay: Competitive weekly pay (via Teaching Personnel)
Are you a passionate and reliable Level 2 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? Teaching Personnel is working with a welcoming primary school in Newcastle that is seeking three enthusiastic TAs to join their team for the Summer Term.
These full-time roles will involve working across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing vital classroom support and helping pupils thrive in their learning.
Key Responsibilities:

Support teaching staff in the delivery of engaging lessons
-
Assist with classroom management and pupil engagement
-
Provide 1:1 or small group support where required
-
Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
-
Work collaboratively with staff and contribute to the wider school life
Requirements:
-
Level 2 TA qualification (or equivalent)
-
Experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting
-
A positive and flexible attitude
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
