Music Teacher Opportunity – Scunthorpe 

Are you a passionate Music Teacher looking for your next opportunity? We’re seeking a dedicated educator to support secondary schools in Scunthorpe, delivering engaging lessons and inspiring the next generation of musicians.


Position Details:

Location: Scunthorpe & surrounding areas
Pay: £160 - £200 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term Time Only)
Responsibilities: Planning, delivering, and marking lessons to meet curriculum standards


What You’ll Be Doing:

Teaching music across KS3 & KS4 in secondary schools
Creating engaging and interactive lessons that inspire creativity
Planning and marking work to ensure student progress
Supporting students of all abilities and fostering a love for music
Managing the classroom effectively to create a positive learning environment


What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching music at secondary level
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Ability to plan, deliver, and assess student progress effectively
Passion for music education and inspiring young musicians
