At Teaching Personnel, we are looking to recruit an Music Teacher for one of our secondary schools in Huddersfield.

Role Overview: As a Music Teacher, you will have the opportunity to nurture students' musical talents and instill in them a lifelong appreciation for music. You will plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cover a range of musical genres, techniques, and concepts, catering to students of all abilities and interests. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about music education and committed to empowering students to explore their musical potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic music lessons that encompass a variety of musical styles, instruments, and technologies.
- Provide opportunities for students to engage in practical music-making activities, including ensemble performances, composition, and music production.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves creatively and develop their musical skills.
- Incorporate a range of teaching methods and resources, including musical instruments, technology, and multimedia materials, to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
- Assess students' progress through performance evaluations, coursework assessments, and practical demonstrations, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
