Are you a passionate MFL teacher looking for a new challenge? A thriving secondary school and sixth form in Poole, Dorset is seeking an inspirational Teacher of Spanish and French to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking and supportive MFL department, helping students develop a love for languages and cultural learning.
Your Role:
- Teach Spanish and French across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to all learning styles.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to boost achievement.
- Play an active role in developing the MFL curriculum and extracurricular activities.
- Uphold high expectations for behaviour and academic success.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the learning experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Spanish, French, or a related field.
Experience teaching Spanish and French at secondary level, including KS4 (KS5 is a plus!)
Strong classroom management and a passion for language education.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A commitment to professional development and contributing to the wider school community.
