Job Title: MFL Teacher (Modern Foreign Languages)
Location: Lincoln
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 15:30 (Term Time Only)
Pay: Starting at £180 per day (with potential to increase upon discussion)
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated MFL Teacher looking to inspire and support students through their GCSE preparations? We are seeking a passionate and skilled Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Lincoln.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for teaching Modern Foreign Languages (French, Spanish, or German) and supporting secondary school students with their GCSE studies. You will deliver engaging and challenging lessons, help students build confidence in their language skills, and guide them through their GCSE preparations.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality MFL lessons aligned with the GCSE curriculum

Support students in preparing for their GCSE exams, focusing on all aspects of language acquisition

Assess, track, and report on student progress

Create a supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

Foster a passion for languages and encourage students to develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

Experience teaching MFL at secondary school level, with a focus on GCSE preparation

Strong command of French, Spanish, or German (or other relevant language)

Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills

Passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
