About the School:
A well-established and thriving secondary school in Christchurch is seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) Teacher to join their dynamic and supportive team. The Role:
We are looking for a qualified MFL Teacher to teach French and Spanish across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to inspire and engage students while delivering a rigorous and exciting curriculum. You will be part of a forward-thinking department that values creativity, collaboration, and the development of students' language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in French and Spanish.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary.
  • Contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum.
  • Encourage students to develop an appreciation for languages and global cultures.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified teacher with a degree in French, Spanish, or a related subject.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching languages.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Previous teaching experience is desirable, though NQTs are also welcome to apply.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a commitment to student achievement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
