An Ofsted rated OUTSTANDING secondary school in Bradford is currently seeking an exceptional and dedicated Teacher of MFL (French and Spanish) to join their dynamic, permanent team from September. Requirements:
Qualifications: The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on French and Spanish. A postgraduate degree in education or a teaching qualification is compulsory.
Expertise: The candidate must possess excellent subject knowledge in both French and Spanish, with a deep understanding of the curriculum requirements for secondary education. They should be capable of delivering engaging and interactive lessons that foster a love for languages and promote effective language acquisition.
Teaching Experience: Previous experience teaching MFL at the secondary level within the UK is essential. The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and achieving outstanding student outcomes. Experience in teaching both French and Spanish to students of various abilities and ages will be highly advantageous.
Classroom Management: The successful candidate must possess strong classroom management skills, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated, respected, and inspired to reach their full potential.
Innovative Approach: We value creativity and innovation in teaching methods. The candidate should be able to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching strategies, technologies, and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
