Post 16 Maths Teacher (GCSE Level)
Location: Newton Abbot, Devon
Start Date: 4th November
Employment Type: Part-time, Temp to Perm
Salary: £120 - £140 per day

About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Post 16 Maths Teacher to join a supportive educational environment starting November 4th. This part-time position focuses on delivering high-quality mathematics instruction at the GCSE level, helping students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging maths lessons aligned with the GCSE curriculum.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
  • Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and school staff.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of the GCSE maths curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Experience in a teaching role preferred.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
