Maths Teacher
Job description
Teaching Personnel are looking for a passionate math’s teachers to work in an established secondary school near Wimborne.
Just qualified for to teach or been a teacher for years, we are flexible on the experience level of this role and are seeking inspiring candidates to potentially fill this role. We are currently looking for full time but have so many other great opportunities available so even if this might not be what you’re after please send us over a CV and one of our experienced consultants can find you a suitable role.
The main responsibilities this role holds are:
- Deliver engaging and effective maths lessons to secondary school students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop creative teaching methods to enhance student understanding.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum and student outcomes
To be considered for the position of a Maths Teacher with Teaching Personnel, you will:
- Hold UK recognised QTS
- Have experience teaching Maths to students in KS3/KS4 in the UK
- Have experience planning towards UK National Curriculum Objectives
- Be Passionate about teaching children
- Be Patient, Caring and Engaging
- Be Enthusiastic about education
- Hold or be prepared to apply for an Enhanced Child Only DBS check on the Update Service
The school would be looking for the successful candidate to join them as soon as possible but would be open to a January start date as an alternative. The hours for the school consist of an 8.15am start and a finish of 3pm. This role would include planning and marking, and all roles are paid to scale. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
